All shipments outside of Canada may be subject for Import duties and taxes and not in my control.
You, the Customer, is responsible for additional duties or taxes from your country.
Please make sure you know the regulations of your particular Country before you place the order.
Our Warranty
It's covered for life and fully transferable.
Nerveless it is still a knife and should be used accordingly.
Our knives are extremely capable tools, from light tasks all the way to heavy duty use.
The warranty covers all material and/or manufacturing defects, but we will make sure that no knife leaves the shop before the last quality check. We will make sure that you get a high end quality knife.
Deliberate misuse and in resulting damage like, batoning through heavily knotted wood, using it as a pry bar or nail puller are not covered. (Just use an AXE or pry bar, nail puller for that application).
In Case you had to abuse your knife in an emergency situation, please let me know.
Return
In Case you are not happy with the knife or item delivered for any reason and it is still unused and in new condition, you can return it for up to 30days after delivery.
Returns are on customers expense.
In case of material or manufacturing defects, we will cover the return cost.
After 30 days i can no longer except returns/refunds other than Warranty claims.
